I am so impressed with Justin and his team at Piper Mechanical. They were at my home within 2 hours of calling them for service. They were friendly and professional, they took off their boots upon entry of my home, and they did all the work in less time than I expected. I think they are top notch! My Furnace starting making a very unusual sound, so I decided to contact Mr. Furnace. They sent a really friendly gentleman named Dylan who arrived promptly and ready to help. He assessed the problem and explained everything in detail that was going on. I found him to very knowledgeable and easy to understand. My furnace died at 11:15 am 2019-02-15. The temp was - 17C. They got it fixed within 4 hours. Pleasent tech.

This was the best experience I've had with a service person. Jeff arrived at my house and he went straight to work at the kitchen drain that was leaking. When he finished, he showed me the work he did and everything looked brand new. He then did a free home inspection of my other plumbing, hot water tank and furnace. I learned so much about my plumbing and heating in that hour that I now feel confident in maintaining my home / winterizing / changing filters etc. I highly highly recommend!
