I look after a retirement home and turn arounds could happen at anytime within days. Ian and his team are always there for us to meet our deadlines, and most often with a little time to spare. I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. The windows themselves are perfect, helping to keep my energy costs down (and the aesthetic of the house up!). The installation team was professional, courteous, and perhaps most importantly, clean. One of Toronto's best mechanics hands down. The service is always prompt and the quality is amazing AND GUARANTEED!!! The prices can't be beat from an oil change to major repairs this is the best garage service in the West end. I cannot recommend them highly enough anad have been using their service for years.
