We've had problems with our boiler and leaky pipes in our condo building. Luckily we were referred to Animal Mechanical for resolve our issues. Curtis was always on time, very knowledgeable and in comparison to other companies that we used - very affordable! He provided good tips on maintenance and to avoid future problems. Overall we are very pleased to have Curtis maintain our building as he is always there with exceptional service! Will definitely recommend and use their services in future.

My furnace died at 11:15 am 2019-02-15. The temp was - 17C. They got it fixed within 4 hours. Pleasent tech.

Very helpful, from office staff to the service technician. Excellent service quick to respond and rectify the problem with warranty on our Kitchenaid refrigerator.

Well I used them again, with my GE Stove, they came and diagnosed he problem I talked with GE, Avalanche sent their report to GE and a week later the part (free from GE) was shipped direct to Avalanche and was installed quickly and my stove is back up and running.

This company is one of the best for sure. Had an issue with a broken snake in toilet . Called Big Springs today and they came over same day and fixed the issue. Jason was very friendly and helpful.
