I recommend going to Stoney Creek Sewing Centre for all your alteration needs! The Best Place in Town! I have been here a few times. Jack is very knowledgeable, professional and super friendly. He does a perfect job with my altering requests every time! The prices are great and the service is exceptional. Thank you for taking such great care of your customers, Jack! I had a very pleasant experience with Rock With Us. They have an excellent choice of slabs in their showroom from Granite to Quartz, and etc. From the time we were contacted to schedule for measurement, we were pleased with the friendly customer service. Also during installation, very prompt and detailed. They were very professional and courteous throughout the whole process. I will recommend Rock With Us to all of my family and friends. I will be getting my bathroom done next time around.

Rob is fantastic.
He SAVED us. We found black mould behind a mattress in the basement the day before taking pictures to list our house - and had already purchased a new one) We were devastated.
Rob came immediately. He was extremely professional. Explained exactly what needed to be done and did it properly. Fixed a crack in the foundation and complete renovation - with paperwork. He was fast & were able to list within the week!
My only regret - not writing this review sooner.

I havent been this pleased with a service call of any kind in a long time. There was some phone tag to set things up, but once we actually got on the phone together the booking was made extremely quickly (same day!). And the service call itself was just as I wish all service calls could be - timely, friendly, and professional. I would recommend this company without hesitation and call them again any time I have plumbing needs.
