Very nice people, they were over all very pleasant to deal with, however:
-Original work failed permit inspection and barely passed second inspection, inspector at second inspection advised using different contractor in the future.
-A few issues I ended up fixing myself after being frustrated with original work, attention to detail was absent.
-Final invoice was a few hundred dollars above quoted amount, I am flexible with the quoted amount but this was a surprise.
-Overall questionable quality

These guys did my roof and soffit/fascia. For roof - ask for Ben and his sons as your crew. good work for sure. One thing is Y the lady who picks the phone - very nice to talk to and is a good coordinator.

After shopping around for the best price on chemicals for our business, we decided to go with Michael's. They have the best prices by far! The sales representative on the phone was extremely helpful and made sure we both exchanged all the information necessary for him to find the best price. They even offered free delivery! Friendly and knowledgable.
I wanted to renovate my ensuite including a new tiled shower. I got some outrageous quotes from some contractors but then called the Neighbourhood Plumber. He gave me a lot of ideas as far as the planning and gave me a few options and prices. I was sold on having a rain head alongside a hand held wand and normal shower head with a diverter to operate them individually or have the all on at once !!! It turned out awesome !
Would recommend to all !!!
