Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Dan was very informative about the vehicle I was purchasing and supportive throughout the process. The service side was exceptional as well. I've dealt with Remy in the past and all my service needs were met on time and if not a rental car was made available for any delays. Overall fantastic

All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. Great experience. They took the time to explain all of the features of the car and would not let me buy it until I drove it. There was no pressure put on me and after being treated so well and falling in love with car I bought it. Great folks to deal with they have a big indoor showroom so I did not have to go out in the rain.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.
