Resonance Hearing Clinic - this clinic delivered everything thing that they promised to do (one competitive all-in up front cost, improved hearing, 3 years of outstanding clinical support so far (e.g., checkups, device support, etc.) - with no apparent end) AND at the end of my first 3 years (usual device warrantee period I believe) I received a huge unexpected delightful hardware orientated bonus that is likely not matched by other clinics - particularly the corporate ones.

I've tried a ton of different inventory management systems out there and always felt they were too expensive for our small shop - not to mention waaaay too complicated to learn.
We've been using SalesBinder for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. It only took a few minutes to get the hang of how it's supposed to work. Our favorite feature by far is that we can all now access everything from any computer (at home or on the road).

KUDOS to Kathy in Victoria at 1-888-472-222 with whom I spoke today (January 4, 2021 just before noon). She is so helpful and efficient, made suggestions and arranged for us to add cell phone service (sim cards on their way). She helped us to get the best price for our bundle (Internet, computer, TV and landline)and is personable and kind even though I explained we are technopeasants, both of us (husband and wife) in our 70s! Thank goodness some people with foresight and vision saw the opportunity that presented itself when the Shaughnessy Golf course closed in the 60s. Saving a good chunk of the land from developers, the Vancouver Foundation, the Province and the City of Vancouver worked to establish this gem on part of the land once occupied by the golf course. The results are now here for all to see with charming little paths winding among the impressive variety of plants, shrubs, bushes and trees that are all carefully labeled throughout the grounds. There's even a fun and challenging hedge maze! The restaurant is a lovely place to go for a meal and the gardens seem an ideal spot to hold a wedding with great places for photo ops throughout the gardens. And Van Dusen continues to improve with a new visitor centre being built for 2011. The other thing that must be mentioned as a must see is the light show they put on every Christmas. Huge swaths of the gardens are lit up with thousands if not millions of lights. This is all complemented by a musically choreographed light show that happens regularly on the main pond. WIth snack booths offering hot chocolate and other goodies it is a great way to indulge in Christmas Spirit. Visit Van Dusen Gardens and enjoy a little tranquility in the middle of the city!

The guys at the Island Highway location were great. Callum was polite, efficient and explained the oil change process throughout.
