Absolutely love the pets here. I absolutely loved the bird collections they have and the customer service they offer is astounding. The staff is very knowledgeable about the products they carry and animals. The birds they carry are very healthy and friendly. I always walk out of this store satisfied as a customer. I will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

Very Happy with the service as a first time customer.
Olivia was excellent to deal with and helped me choose the proper leash and harness.

My Leonberger looks great in his orange Hunter harness and the Cujo shock absorber leash works well on reducing the stress on the arm.

I have been bringing my 10 year old cat Squishy here for about 6 years now (since Konnie opened) and will not bring her to anyone else! She is a Persian who hates even looking at a brush or comb and she was horribly abused prior to me adopting her so grooming her is best left to the professional:) Prior to taking her to Konnie she had been to a few other groomers in Whitby and she would end up sick and have the runs afterwards!Never with Konnie & it's reassuring Konnie has her cat first-aid:)
