I called on Friday to book an appt. for next week for my non-emergency issue. I have a 2nd bathroom & thought that Ye Olde may be busy with other calls. The lady was really helpful & not knowing what the day would bring, offered to call me next week & discuss appt. times. Later that day, Ali showed up & asked if today would be okay & it was. He was friendly, professional and & done very quickly. I have used Ye Olde for many years for installations & repairs. They’ve never disappointed me,

I have always told my Customers that Call Backs are Free if there issues with any work I've done. A person would believe that if a Customer had those issues they would have called back. When I get a Callback, I usually respond in 24 Hours. Apparently Shel9300 did not feel the need to call back to let RGRmech know of these issues. RGRmech had an employee in 2020, those same Rules apply for that Employee.

My hot water tank packed it in and I needed a new one installed. Within a day, I was enjoying a seemingly endless supply of hot water from my larger tank. The worker was very friendly and clean. He took pride in ensuring the job was ‘done properly’ and that the finished product looked good. I definitely recommend this company.
