I have shopped there for years, however, during Covid 19, they were able to satisfy their customers better than ever. Walk up to their window, order what you needed, pay and it was all brought out to your vehicle. No problems. Made the big shops feel awkward and difficult.

We have been using Benton Medical Pharmacy since they opened. As my husband and I are aging, we have come to appreciate the first class service and attention to detail even more than usual. For example, when receiving our prescription, nothing is left to chance…stickers cover the bottles outlying all vital information pertaining to the medications. I buy all my baking supplies at Bulk Barn in Brantford. I find the staff to be wonderful help in finding things and always with a greeting and a smile. I bake, decorate and make chocolates for Christmas and Easter and chocolate covered jujubes for other events. My husband says I go there twice a week but that is not true although I do admit I grace their doors very often. Right now I am looking for red licorice ropes, which they have, black licorice straps which I feel I may have a problem with.

Caring, patient, and very educated staff! They are with you every step of the way, and explain things to you very clearly before asking you to make a decision. They always keep you involved in the process, but do most of the work for you. They are very professional and an amazing team to have by your side if you are in a lawsuit. I worked with them for three years on my case, and never had a problem. I was very happy with the outcome of my lawsuit, and would recommend this team to anyone!

The work was done with professionalism and care. Our interactions with the staff were positive; they are friendly and easy to get a hold of. The workers completely cleaned up the job site at the end of the day. We have had to have many repairs done with DryBasement and have been very pleased with their work each time. Excellent service!
