It is always pleasure to deal with Aaron, Pat, and all of the people at Sorrento Tire Craft. Every time I bring my trucks in for service (tires, oil changes, no starts, etc.) they always get me up and running. I have always had great service and value from these guys and always feel like a valued customer/client. I recommend these guys to everyone I can as they do a great job and stand behind their work. If I could give MORE than 5 stars I would! The customer service, professionalism, and quality of the mechanics are amazing. I got a full service as well as an engine light checked and everything was done in a timely order, and professional manner. My vehicle was kept in excellent condition during and after the servicing. Shane called to tell me what had been done and that my vehicle was ready to go, he was informative and very kind! I can not recommend this place more and I couldn’t be happier.

Riversyde has been my repair shop since the mid 1980s. I still rely on their high level of service and their willingness to cater to customers needs whenever possible. Their mechanics are top notch and their prices are more than fair. Yes, even for single women, who are quite often targeted by less scrupulous repair shops! Keep up the good work, Riversyde. Kamloops needs more like you.

This company went above and beyond for my family. Towed my brother to Clearwater late in the evening, gave him a quick look around town and helped him find a hotel room. Picked him up in the morning and bought him coffee and breakfast. They had the truck up and worked on it first thing in the morning. Can’t say enough good things!

They lived up to their moto..limped in late with a leaking water pump on way to Alberta & pulling a trailer..went in next morning and owner was willing to take the job on no notice..got truck back early afternoon even though they were short handed and they found a further repair that was likely the cause of seal failure..price was reasonable for a professional job and they called first before proceeding with extra repair..got back ok with no further issues. I would recommend Hanson's
