The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. Over the years terrys towing has always been available at the drop of the hat for our family. We take all our vehicles there to be serviced and have never had any problems. He has always been honest and with fair pricing. I couldn't think of a business owner with more integrity!!

the customer service was courteous and professional!! I'm a regular customer and my vehicle didn't get very clean from the drive threw.I went to the laundry part and talked to Jared Green he set me up to go threw again and still the car wasn't clean . I was able to find almost everything on my list and was pleasantly surprised how reasonably priced they were. Will definitely be making a return trip soon. Only drawback was the 25 min drive but I was able to search my vehicle on website to see if they had it in their lot, which I highly recommend, as it was pretty accurate.
