Beautiful site, beautiful sight: phenomenal BC Native art and Pacific rim. The building itself is superb. A must see is the phenomenal European ceramic exhibit hidden in a dark corner behind the gift shop.

Amazing customer service. I had a problem with a pair of boots I had bought from them some time ago. Without a receipt they worked above and beyond to try and get a resolution with the manufacturer. In the end they replaced the boots free of charge. I applaud their decision and recommend you to this local, well stocked and friendly Victoria business.

I have been in and out of Physio Therapists offices for years and each one would give me more of the same exercises and...blah, blah, blah. Jessie gave me the most accurate and detailed description of my problems and designed an exercise program especially for me! It was simple and easy-to-follow, plus I asked her for a few simple ideas for exercises I can do at my desk, and she happily obliged!
Excellent treatments and a routine that was easily adaptible into my everyday life.

The staff at Rogers in Kingsway Mall are very knowledgable and informative. I was dealing with Qahir who got me into an Apple 4 series watch. He took the time to show me the intricacies of it and even gave me his contact info just in case I had any additional questions.

Copeman Healthcare has treated me with the utmost care and courtesy possible. I ordered Yamaha digital piano P-45 stands online in Feb 2021 and intended the store pick up location is in Nanaimo. Somehow I did not notice the order has no store location attached in the system although the purchase did go through. When I called the store at Nanaimo two weeks later (way pass the indicated available time), Ivan answered my call and it was almost store closing time. A friend recommended Harry for my business cards. I am not only thrilled with them plus the cost was half a well-known store was charging. Recently I asked Harry if he could make me some magnetic signs for the doors of my car. I am absolutely ecstatic -- they are beautiful and he let me do some input into designing them.
