Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

I went to fitness town burnaby and had many questions about some of the equipment. Lou and his staff were extremely helpful to answer my questions and didn’t make me feel like I was taking up too much time. I would defiantly go back there and recommend it to my friends and others.

A friend recommended Harry for my business cards. I am not only thrilled with them plus the cost was half a well-known store was charging. Recently I asked Harry if he could make me some magnetic signs for the doors of my car. I am absolutely ecstatic -- they are beautiful and he let me do some input into designing them. The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)

pulled in here today jan.18 and was cheerfully greeted as I walked in the door. I explained that my canopy of 14 yrs old is leaking and they explained that it needs a new rubber seal .came back in an hour it was ready,he explained what was done.reasonable price,thanks fellows I am a happy customer
