I had a fantastic experience at Altum Spa & Wellness! The calming atmosphere and attentive staff, especially Cynthia, made it special. I received one of the best massages ever, and their COVID protocols made me feel safe. I left feeling refreshed and highly recommend this spa for quality treatments in downtown Vancouver!

10/10 recommend. Went in years ago to buy an electric guitar when another nearby store was unable to accommodate me as a lefty and never looked back. I soon realized that Tom Lee is where it’s at. All the staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in their products. They really care about their customers and always go the extra mile. I brought my Mother in to find a seat for her toilet and to buy a new walker. The gal we dealt with was so compassionate, knowledgeable and very patient with my Mother. My Mother did get a seat and found a wonderful walker. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but said they would order one and it would be delivered to her in about two days. The next day it was delivered and she phoned me all excited about the walker and getting it that day. You made her very happy. Thank you so much. Sue

The only negative is its sometimes hard to book appointments because theyre so popular. I guess thats what happens when youre good. Loved using the legpress machine attached to bungee cords (sorry Andrea, Im sure I butchered the name of that piece of equipment!)

Unbelievable customer service every time I have had any contact with any of the staff. I ordered a product from them that they had to have shipped in specially for me. I paid a deposit for it and then decided I didn’t need it after all. The product had already shipped but they still refunded me no questions asked.

We did the couples massage and we loved it everyone was welcome and they where attentive they also created a safe space. I would definitely recommend again

Thanks for your excellent service Sometimes staff needs to hear that. It is easy to complain, and some people do it like there is a reward for it. Today I returned something to Abbotsford Depot that I purchased at Chilliwack Home Depot as it was faulty. I was given an instore credit, and did not have to waste gas driving back to Chilliwack store. So you can rest assured that Home Depot has your back as a consumer. So if you do decide too complain pick another place , This Home Depot is top Notch

I have a 2006 Ford F350 6.0L and it shifts awesome after they rebuilt my transmission. I would recommend this company to anyone! Great job guys!
