Was in a rush while at the store today and made the mistake of grabbing three of the wrong kind of curtain panels. Normally when you call a store to check the stock they blow you off. But I had a very nice young gentleman who scanned it for me by using a verbal barcodes and also went right to the shelf. Very polite very nice and I know it's Christmas rush.
