Regardless of the order, whether it's a rush order, or your usual order, Sam strives to make his customers the most satisfied. He is constantly available to for last minute orders and is always honest and ready to help. Once I made an order twice accidentally and knowing that I already made that order he reminded me, just so I didn't order more than I need, saving me money! I use this location on a monthly basis to print club newsletters to send out to the few who are on our postal mailing list.
The cost is very reasonable and the convenience of emailing a pdf and picking up the copies later not to mention being treated like a valued customer spending 10x or 100x has been an incredible blessing and is very much appreciated

The customer service was incredible. I went at peak time and the 2 people present at the time (a boy and a girl) tackled the rush enthusiastically. Many customers commented on their ability to help multiple people at once.
