awesome bunch of people - friendly and helpful - they replaced a broken section on a fly rod for me - 9 YEARS after the warranty had expired - i paid a whopping $10 for shipping - as opposed to the $75 I had to pay to have fly rod repaired under a life time warranty at another store (yes i am klutz - or at least the people around are) - guess where i do my business and where i do not

Dave is so nice to deal with, and the t&g flooring we got years ago is still beautiful! We were also able to get matching baseboard years later to finish our reno- and lumber for fencing too. Highly recommend!

I am not a Royal Bank Customer and visited this branch from out of town needing to purchase some US cash for a trip to Asia. I needed to get newer, clean bills of various denominations. I dealt with the supervisor of the tellers and one of the tellers and the service could not have been better. They were both very friendly, efficient and helpful in every way. I was very impressed! Keep up the good work!

Valley appliance is now my go to appliance parts and repair service. They have been super helpful and generous in helping us repair our ourselves, and brought in parts as well as offering recycling. Very friendly and patient on the phone, and have gone above and beyond to save us money by doing our own minor repairs- twice now!
