I was at the Westbank location on December 20th, from the start Elke provided genuinely warm & professional customer service. While there an unexpected personal matter/phone call happened, she remained calm (I was in a full panic) & had a unique way of providing comfort and empathy at a time I needed it most. First time I was a walk in bang trim. My stylist was Maryann. She did an excellent job on my fine thin hair. The next time I made an appointment with her for a full cut. Did have some issues with the cut and Maryann was more than happy to touch it up for me. I will continue to go back and see her. There is a reason this salon is so busy.

This is the best store for many things to buy and we always got good service and the quality is good. I buy all my garden needs, small appliances, dog and cat food and stuff, household cleaners etc. Everything is always available and priced well.

Exceptionally fast and extremely helpful emergency service in minus 10 degree weather. I will now use Mavco all the time. Fehlings lost me as a customer after failing to return my call on their so called emergency hotline. Thank you Mavco!

Courtesy Taxi 's Staff was so helpful and their cars were super clean and at Courtesy cabs they are using computerized Disptach . I highly recommend their company in Penticton. Their RED and White cars with maple leaf on the hood and trunk looks like Canadian flag running on the streets of Penticton. Amazing.....
