I've been coming here since 2009. I have nothing but Great Respect for All the Staff!! All the Receptionists are Amazingly Nice and Caring. Very Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful every time. I recommend it to Everyone I know!! Dr. Kristina McLaren is so Caring and Helpful, she goes above and beyond her duties; it shows she cares about her furry patients and their parents. Mr. Bedard sent a young, able technician the very next day after my phone call. The young man quickly assessed the situation --- a completely plugged kitchen sink with a leaky pipe underneath --- and proceeded to make the requisite not-so-simple repairs in the kitchen and basement.
