When you walk into the hair salon you immediately get the royal treatment! Tom is seriously the GOD of hair! When you sit into his chair he will take his time talking with you to see what your looking for, looking at your hair texture,colour, and style and come up with the best style for you! Your hair will look the best it can and will ever be! When you walk out you will feel like a sassy, confident person with the greatest looking hair anyone has seen...be prepared to be stopped and complimented! I really can't say enough about how great Tom really is so go and see for yourself!

I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.

I was attended by Leslie; she wast GREAT!! I have been looking for a suitable hair dresser since I moved to Welland 10 years ago. I have often been charged a lot of money only to have a stylist ignore any request I made about styling. Leslie listened and performed in the most professional manner I have seen. I was looking for a great hair salon/barber when I moved back into the area after the summer and had changed styles. My friend, whom of which has amazing hair, pointed me towards Palazzo. I did not and still do not regret my decision. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are all highly skilled in their trade. I would without a doubt recommend Palazzo to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out. I personally go to Hilary and would recommend her to everyone.

I chose Maria for my hair and make up for my wedding and I would recommend her for anyone who would like to look like a Disney Princess on their big day! Her and her sister did a wonderful job with me and my girls and were very friendly and easy to work with. They were able to go hair and make up for 7 girls (including me) - in just under 5 hours which was a huge task! The products she uses (Arbonne) are SO good - My skin was flawless the morning after! My look lasted all night!

Anthony is the BEST stylist I've ever had. He does exactly what I ask for and when I don't know what I want done, he never never fails do an amazing job. He's consistently fantastic. Highly recommend.
