I was looking for a great hair salon/barber when I moved back into the area after the summer and had changed styles. My friend, whom of which has amazing hair, pointed me towards Palazzo. I did not and still do not regret my decision. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are all highly skilled in their trade. I would without a doubt recommend Palazzo to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out. I personally go to Hilary and would recommend her to everyone.

When I first stepped into the salon I was welcomed by staff and then sat down and waited. As I waited I was listening to the lady's talk and they made me laugh so much. Once it was my turn my stylist asked me a couple of things to get a good idea of what I wanted and all through the whole thing she was asking do I like this or is this a good length. She made sure that I was happy. Overall this place is an amazing place for a good laugh and a great haircut.

Christine did a wonderful job on my hair. I had put an amber colour on, which I quickly decided had been a big mistake. My regular stylist was unavailable and I was very eager to fix my self-inflicted disaster. Christine very carefully coloured and highlighted my hair to it's former tones. I was delighted and grateful to have "myself" back. We spent the the three hours getting to know each other and sharing many laughs. So a potential disaster ended happily for me. Great job! Much thanks!

When you walk into the hair salon you immediately get the royal treatment! Tom is seriously the GOD of hair! When you sit into his chair he will take his time talking with you to see what your looking for, looking at your hair texture,colour, and style and come up with the best style for you! Your hair will look the best it can and will ever be! When you walk out you will feel like a sassy, confident person with the greatest looking hair anyone has seen...be prepared to be stopped and complimented! I really can't say enough about how great Tom really is so go and see for yourself!

I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.

Anthony is the BEST stylist I've ever had. He does exactly what I ask for and when I don't know what I want done, he never never fails do an amazing job. He's consistently fantastic. Highly recommend.
