I have been going to this hair salon for 15 years! The service is excellent and a very comfortable and friendly environment. The hair stylists are excellent at the profession and I do not let anyone else touch my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon for anyone who is looking for a great hair style and experience. Best place to get your tan. The studio was clean and had fair prices, especially considering the equipment was fairly new. I signed up on the $14 a month deal and it is awesome.

I am extremely impressed with this tanning salon..I just joined up this week and went straight for the VIP access..which basically allows you access to all services at anytime..awesome deal
I suffer from cronic back pain and they have a new red light machine called beauty..since using it in this short time..I have seen a differance in my back..the vibration that the machine provides loosens the muscles in my back. The staff there are extremely polite, well knowledged on the products and services. I immediately felt welcomed. The salon it self is super clean..an added bonus they actually give you a bottle of water..sometimes just those small gestures mean lot.
Over all a great experience - I will be a customer for a long time coming.

I must say this is the best Hair Salon in Ottawa. Sonia and Jenn are excellent stylists ! Super friendly staff and very cool Salon on Elgin Street. Funky and Friendly with very cool stylists. I've never been disappointed with my haircuts, they know what's hip and happening. I highly recommend going to Sublime, probably Ottawa's best boutique salon.
