I made a reservation but had to change to Richmond Hill location due to time. Was dropped off at Hwy 7/Leslie. It was 5:30pm and they close at 6pm. Provided my reservation information to Rodney. No record of reservation and that location did not provide unlimited mileage to the US. My phone was almost dead. I needed a car as we were leaving that night. Amazingly, Rodney made a call and arranged for another company to pick me up from there and he even waited after 6pm. Thank you Rodney.

April 5th 2019 rented my first car from the Collingwood lot.Staff are friendly, vehicles are well maintained and affordable too! Will be doing more business with them.

I rented a truck from Enterprise Orillia for 25 days and was amazed at their friendliness, efficiency and also that they managed to obtain an F150 as requested. Lindsey and the team are truly fantastic and I will certainly use them again in the future.
