Justin is a great trainer and a great individual to deal with. He has an online program that is very accommodating and he has a private gym that can be used individually or with a small group. I was invited to a free Hot Mama class and that day changed my life. Within this incredible community, I have exercised consistently for almost a year and am feeling human again. Ashley encourages, builds up, teaches, challenges, and tells you to "find your reason". AND your kids get out and moving too! It's awesome!

I take my Dad here every month and they sure know how to treat their customers. You get the one on one help that you don't get in Safeway or something like it. Great prices and huge inventory. I would recommend this place if you need anything healthcare.
