A while back, but wanted to tell my story. I had a WRX and two different repair shops had quoted me $2800 to replace my steering. Brought it to Starr to have it done, An hour later I got a call, it was only a missing o-ring, it was sucking air, hence the steering problem. $45 charge. I love Starr Automotive!

for over 7 yrs and a few days ago my truck died on the side of bay st. they towed it in and had a price by the next day to repair. fast and caring. great service thanks guys.

Great service from Dave and his Team , very trustworthy, friendly not pushy like other shops .. , communicates very well regarding my body work repairs. I’ve had all my vehicles including Lincoln Navs, , Mustangs , and all my Porsche body work done with Belmont. Will continue with future vehicles . My husband and I are extremely satisfied with our Colwood, Craftsman Collision. From the moment an appointment was made to repair the damage done it could not have gone smoother.
We were informed through out the process and were very happy to have it returned to us looking like it never happened and sooner than anticipated.

Same great place since 1925! Whether you know it as Shawnigan Garage or Shawnigan Lake Automotive, you cannot beat the service here, huge reno and new staff in shop to add to already great mechanics there, go check them out!

Both my late husband and myself have had our cars serviced there for years. And he had an older model Camaro and they would go the extra mile to find parts. I took my 2005 ford focus in today to just have new windshield wipers installed. They notice all my tires were low. and toped them to the proper PSI. no charge, So I really appreciate them going the extra mile. I have found courtesy goes both ways.
