They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. One of the best repair shops in the city. Maurice took my car for a drive and figured out what was wrong with it right away. Very honest with parts pricing and shop hours. Did not try to upsell me or anything. Excellent customer service as well. They were referred to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Will definitely be my first option for my car repairs. Highly recommended.

Johnny and his staff at Vernaus will get you on the road as quickly as possible. They also make sure that they arrange an rental for you when you are getting your autopac claim taken care of.

My vehicle had been vandalized and brought to All Star Collision to have it repaired.
The quality of work was excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful courteous as well as knowledgeable. I received a loaner while I waited for the repair of my vehicle (despite not having the MPI insurance for loss of vehicle).
The only reason it did not receive a 5 out of 5 was they were a little vague on timelines and it took longer than expected.
Overall it was a great experience.
