One of the best repair shops in the city. Maurice took my car for a drive and figured out what was wrong with it right away. Very honest with parts pricing and shop hours. Did not try to upsell me or anything. Excellent customer service as well. They were referred to me by a friend and they didn't disappoint. Will definitely be my first option for my car repairs. The staff was exceptional in all regards. They did an inspection for me regarding a noise in the rear of my car on a walk-in basis immediately. They provided me with a written quote with in minutes of diagnosis. They provided me with all the options with no pressure to decide on whether to proceed. Johnny and his staff at Vernaus will get you on the road as quickly as possible. They also make sure that they arrange an rental for you when you are getting your autopac claim taken care of.
