I took a used vehicle here for a pre-purchase inspection. I can only say good things about the service we received. Kadeem was very thorough and gave us an extremely detailed run down of the vehicle, as well as his honest opinion about it. He spoke with us on a personal level, offered advice, and was overall immeasurably helpful in helping us reaching a decision (we bought the car). Any future tune ups or work we require, we will be sure to use Authentic Auto Service without hesitation. Top guy.

This morning in the Michael's parking lot in Langley, I encountered a young woman and baby, crying in the car, trying to deal with keys that had been locked in the trunk. There was no way to get in. I walked over to the BCAA office nearby and asked for help, and they were VERY concerned and helpful. I used my BCAA card to call and the woman also reached someone who was coming to help but two BCAA women staffers came over to make sure everything was working out. FANTASTIC service IMO!

Excellent customer service, fantastic mechanical proficiency and excellent pricing. The owner went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to the highest standards - even over the busy holiday season. Kiochi has integrity and works with the customers.
My 2006 Honda Element needed a new starter, but it would not fail while at the shop. So Kiochi told me to pick it up.
It failed a while later, so I will get it back to Garage Japan.

Our experience at Penney Auto Body was exceptional. Jonny was pleasant and efficient in quickly sourcing the parts needed to repair our car.
