recently had some garage door issues and contacted Canada West Garage Doors. Chad came out within the same day and fix my garage door. He was knowledgeable, friendly and the price was decent. He went that extra mile to explain what the issue was and made sure all parts were lubed and working to its proper state. My garage door works and sounds like a brand new door. I love Canadian Tire and yes it can be a pain looking for a product but most stores operate this way. It is a self serve business model which has been in effect for years since I worked for one of their stores back in the 1970's.
