The team at Mainway is top notch. Janice, Brad and the service team are all excellent. I refuse to take my car anywhere else. They are the best around. When I had issues with my Mercedes parts warranty, Brad went to the dealership to ensure that I was being taken care of and they were not parts bombing my car. He was not getting paid for this and in no way was he responsible for the car, but he did it anyway to make sure I was being treated fairly. Honest, reliable and friendly.

Exceptionally well-run family business. Doug is a veteran mechanic who not only cares about the car but the person driving it. He will give you an honest, thorough assessment of the condition of your vehicle and a reasonable quote to fix it. I have never had a complaint on any of his work.

I had a tree fall on my car In Dec 2019. My insurer sent me to CSN in Burlington and I was treated very well. Unfortunately in March 2021 I noticed that the paint on the roof was bubbling and cracking. I took it in and WOW - they looked at it asked me to leave the car, offered a rental and my car was fixed and back within 5 days! THE BEST warrant experience I have ever had.

Took my car in for some paint chips above the wheel wells and the guys at Smit noticed it was worse than anticipated, fixed it up no problem and didn’t charge more. Great price for amazing service
