We own 3 vehicles and we've been taking them to Chinook Auto Service for almost 5 years now. We are very happy with their service and prices!! Also, every time we wanted to upgrade a vehicle we took it there for a pre-purchase inspection and that saved us a lot of headaches, as many people who sell vehicles are not always honest. Absolutely the best auto repair and maintenance shop in all of Lethbridge! If I could give higher than 5 stars I would. I went in today because my check engine light was on and within a few short minutes, April had put my mind at ease. They are honest and will not get you to have services done that are not necessary. I highly recommend them to everyone.

Cam and the team at Micro Paint and dent stepped up to the plate when our new car dealer left us hanging on warrant paint work. Excellent service, I would definitely recommend these guys; they stand behind the work they do!

Bridge City Collision did a wonderful job fixing my car, twice now! both were minor bumps on the bumper, and they did a great job. They worked with me and the rental company, AND my insurance. When we got it back the first time they fixed it, there were a few minor issues regarding marks that their machines made while placing the bumper back on the car, but as soon as I mentioned it to them they were quick to re-fix those areas. The second time they did it, there was one thing that Bill (manager) said they'd do, but must of have forgot to put it on the work order, so it didn't get done. The next day I called and he wanted me to come in that day to get it looked after. I couldn't make it in that day because I worked late, so he said to come the next day, and they'd buy me a coffee while I waited!
Their customer service is amazing, and they are quick to call you back when you have questions. The mechanics were great too, when all the customer services guys were busy he answered my questions with no hesitation!!
I'd recomment Bridge City to everyone, mistakes happen, as they did both times with my car, but they were quick to make things right.
