I've used Rob since he opened and he is the only mechanic I trust. While on a road trip to Ontario I had mechanical problems and phoned him for advice before going to the dealer.
Great customer service, professional, works fast, Great price. Never felt like I was up sold. Rob is honest and hard working. He also does his part for the community by hiring and training apprentices to pass on his knowledge. Highly recommend

We recently had our heat pump services. Kosovar was the technician and provided clear information on our system. He even checked with a more sr. technician on something he was not 100% sure on. Irv came and cleaned our ducts, furnace, and dryer ventstoday. 5 star experience 100% happy with his work. We had THREE birds' nests in our dryer vent and it was pretty much all blocked. Our furnace vents were in a shameful state. Already noticed that the house smells better ... Thankful we didn't fire up the furnace in our house before Irv came. Irv went the extra mile, explained his work to us and didn't cut corners.

I have been going to Dolphin for years. The reason for this is Brad and Chad are the most honest guys in the business, they tell you only what you need, they don't UPSELL! I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key
