James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

My experience from start to finish was phenomenal at Jim Keay. I was greeted by a lovely receptionist and introduced to Marc Leyton who was my sales assistant. He helped me find the perfect F-150 for me and I didn't tell him this, but I even paid less than I had budgeted for. I really felt like he was on my side in getting the best price possible from the managers. Thanks for the great service to Marc and the rest of the team at Jim Keay for making the normally stressful process so comfortable.

Bob Legros has been our family mechanic for a long time, and I can't say enough good things about him. We rely on him for everything, from regular maintenance, to minor and major repairs, to having him inspect and advise on potential new cars, and more. He always has time for us, even when he's busy, and the turnaround is very fast. He's always been honest, and his rates are 100% fair and competitive. Also, he REALLY goes the extra mile to help out if you're in a jam. An absolute gem.
