Every staff member we were in contact with was professional and warm. The service was excellent and the facilities were spotless and attractive. My car wouldn't start, I called the dealership and they took my car in quickly, updated me every step of they way and delivered my car to me promptly. It was such an anxiety provoking moment for me and they took all of that away and made me feel calm so I could go about my day while they fixed my car. I just bought a tdi. My sales guy, Jacob, was first rate. We hadn't planned on closing the deal, just shopping, but Jacob was so non-pressure and had every answer that it was a no brainer. I usually like to have some inside connection and a good referral before I make such a major purchase. Jacob and the Leavens staff far surpassed any recommendation I could've expected from a close friend even. I really felt like family. It's no wonder they've built such a successful business after several generations.

As first time RVers we were not sure what we could tow behind our 2016 Dodge Caravan. Being young seniors we were so impressed with the R-Pod 190 we bought it on the spot.The sales service was fantastic and had us ready to roll by July 2018.They blinged out our Van with a trailer hitch and power brakes for trailer and electrical hookup.They made sure we understood everything before we left their yard. I had a 10 am appointment to have the AC on my recently purchased Subaru Impreza checked out for only blowing warm air. The system needed to be recharged and a couple of o-rings needed to be replaced. It only took them an hour to do this and I was on my way. I was very pleased with the service
