Part way through the week long ENDURrun 160KM stage race this past summer I started battling back spasms along with the distance. The pain was impairing my breathing and freedom of motion. After each stage, and in the one off day, Dr. Colin worked on my back to ensure I was ready for the next race day. i not only completed my fastest ENDURrun but ended it with a personal best marathon time to finish the week. I continued with a few more weeks of treatment, with both Colin and Dr. Erika the naturopath, which put an end to the spasms and let me enjoy the rest of my ultra racing season pain free. About a week ago, i noticed that someone / something had side scraped the right rear fender and bumper on our 2019 Honda Civic.
Honda dealer forwarded us to this shop.
Booked an appointment, and when we arrived Patrick met us and inspected vehicle.
He suggested that he would try to buff out the damage first.
This he was able to do in less than 15 minutes and this was done for FREE. Barely noticeable now. I think ANY other shop would have just done an expensive repaint. HIGHLY recommend them!!

Bikram is one of my favorite types of yoga to practice - i love that the heat is usually very high in these classes and it is always an intense workout. bring a large towel - and lots of water!!!
