Hard working staff. Very knowledgeable in all home theatre aspects. I have been their customer for 5 years. They can always be reached to fix any glitches that providers may throw at me. I will be upgrading my hardware in the next year or two and will not hesitate to call them again.

TV broke down and I called them , technician came next day removed defective parts , two days later called us that he fixed the defective boards , came 30 minutes later and installed them .So far everything is O.K. , charged fair price and gave 3 months written warranty.
