I had all of the windows in my house replaced by Kempenfelt Windows. I was impressed off the bat when the President of the company came to give me the initial quote. He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. John and his crew are stupendous! Professional, courteous and extremely efficient. Those boys work hard to complete the task and don’t cut corners. Our new back patio has transformed our backyard to the oasis we wanted. Creativity flows from their hands and is evident in a job well done.
