Jane is outstanding. Proactive, follow through questions, provide right information in timely fashion.
Two of our existing Hunter Douglas blinds had minor technical issues. Our dealing with her was a joy. Blinds were fixed and to return to us quickly (after being sent to HD, etc.).
If/when we do another blinds business, we know where to go now. :)

I can say their pre-sale service is excellent. They responded quickly, provided an estimate within a few days and have booked the work. So far, so good. I will keep you posted on the end product.
