Stephane from Hank's Appliance did an excellent job fixing my refrigerator. He was punctual, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and had my fridge up and running in no time. I really appreciated his friendly attitude and attention to detail.

Just when the weather started to get pretty cold our furnace stopped working. We called quite a few companies at a time that didn't seem too late, about 7:30 pm but we couldn't get anyone to pick up. But when we called Toronto Furnace & Heating they did pick up and were at our house in about an hour. Fast response and they had our furnace up and running in about 30 minutes. Very pleased and would definitely recommend to others.
