Absolutely amazing. They turned an awful situation (car died on the Coq)into a manageable one. More then fair prices, let us use a loaner even though our car was a goner just so we could take a night to figure stuff out. They even helped us find a hotel room. I've never been treated so well by complete strangers.

What an awesome guy! I brought in my wife’s boots for a blown rivet and he fixed them right in front of me in about 30 seconds. But the part that blew me away was that he wouldn’t even accept any payment for it! I definitely know where I’m going if I need any repairs in the future. Customer for life. Hopefully next time a paying one. Thanks again!

I have had my vehicles repaired at Premium Auto for around 25 years. In all that time, Premium Auto has dealt with me in a fair, open, honest way every single time. There have been times they could easily have taken advantage of me as I know nothing about cars, and as the Toyota dealership in town seemed to be doing. Yet they didn’t. Also, one hundred percent of the time the work Premium Auto has done on my vehicles has been skillfully completed. Thank you, Premium Auto!

I took my vehicle to Crompton’s for a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle I was planning to purchase. After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s. He explained everything to me and after purchasing the vehicle I took it back and got Crompton’s to fix the issues they found.
After scheduling my appointment over the phone, I dropped off the vehicle after hours and dropped the key in their secure key

I have been a loyal Cool-It customer for nearly 10 years. I am a long haul trucker. I am really impressed with my no-idle HVAC unit. It keeps my truck cool in the summer and warm all winter. I don't idle my engine when it's on so it saves on gas ($) and it's environmentally friendly (zero emissions). Best part is I got a low interest Eco-loan on the purchase from VanCity Credit Union. Idk what the other review is talking about but this shop doesn’t deserve a 1 star on yelp. They have the most knowledgeable front desk guy I’ve ever encountered. They they are a fast (often same day as drop off) efficient (don’t charge you for stuff you don’t need when they easily could) and communicative shop. They also have the Zeus computer readers which are much better then the readers other shops are using in Abbotsford.
