Andreas has completed a few large projects for us including a tongue and groove ceiling with cofords (we love it!) and turning an ugly space between the kitchen and garage into a home office with wainscoting, a custom day bed and desk and more -- love it. He is very detail-oriented, very pleasant to work with, focused on making sure he understands what we want, and always cleans up after a day's work. I highly recommend Summer Vinyl Decking. Pho did a fabulous job, and is a great guy. He is obviously very experienced and really knows what he is doing. His prep work before laying down the vinyl was extensive; he sanded and filled until there was a perfectly level surface that would drain properly. Once the vinyl was glued down, he meticulously and painstakingly finished the seams and all edges to waterproof perfection.

Troy said we would spend most of our time in the sunroom, and we have, even though it has been raining much of the time since it was completed! The design with red cedar is great, the materials are top-quality, and the crew who did the installation were excellent, punctual and tactful. They added some details and fixes that were not in the original quote. We are very pleased with the result.

We had a 1940 bathroom with original enameled cast-iron tub and pink tile surround. Anthony re-grouted all tiles and re-glazed tub and tiles to a better-than-new white finish. Beautiful!

WORK REPORT ON MY SUITE RENOVATION
I am happy to report on the work done recently to my rental suite by Waterman Construction. David Waterman familiarized himself with this partly below grade suite in my 104 year old house near the Saanich boarder recently, and we decided that the kitchen and bathroom were both overdue to be renovated, and the house was worth the up-grading.
I recommend WC as a hard-working and thoughtful company, since i have had a very satisfactory experience with them.
