My husband and I are from Georgia , our 2015 Impala engine light came on and of course we panicked being here in Canada. We went to the dealer on Upper James and was truly impressed at the fast service and the incredibly knowledgeable wonderful woman at the desk. She gave us directions to places to eat nearby while the car was being serviced asking if we needed a shuttle, also offered us coffee or tea . My husband asked questions which she quickly responded with kindness and actual concern. ty

Jamie and Shawn and staff treat customers just like family. They are courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, honest, professional and work hard in a timely manner to please their customers. They also do not perform unnecessary work on your car. They also will let you know if a technician notices something unrelated to your immediate reason for maintenance.

Love this shop. Very knowledgeable and great to deal with. I went for the first time this year and I will be back. Honest and reliable service. The dealership didn't fix it right but these guys diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it the same day.

I was looking for a new mechanic and after reading excellent reviews on Chris's Garage I decided to take my vehicle to them. His shop is clean and organized, nice little waiting room. Very honest, reasonable and a nice man. He went above and beyond to help me out. I am so happy and thankful I have found him. I am so impressed with George and his business I would give him 10 Stars.
