I signed up with another company foolishly cuz they were claiming to be non profit. I am sorry to this day that I went with them I lost all the money I paid them and 2 years later still nothing. I kept calling and just got the run around. I finally got fed up and went to this company because they were in my area.
I demanded my file from the first company I was with an took it over to these Federal Pardon guys. THey were able to finish the rest of my application in a couple of days. If I had not changed companies I would still be waiting for the application to be finished. Do your homework dont' sign up with the first company you see.
