I was contacted very professionally and got an appointment with Eddy, he gave the warmest and most professional welcome ever. We sat down and he offered us a drink before anything then started explaining the whole process to us. That’s when I told him I have very bad and poor credit but he did not put me down nor make me feel bad. Very professionally he said , don’t worry I’m here to do my best. And that he did. I had a great experince at R&S Auto. I brought my Acura TLX here and the service was fantastic. I had an issue with my suspension and they sent me a clear inspection showing me pictures and videos which was very cool. They took the time to help me understand what i was paying for which is not very common. A truly amazing team all round. Great diagnosticians and so thorough and nice to deal with.
My Mercedes had died and CAA took it to QLT . . . . within no time they had it in the shop and under investigation. Everything checked and yes, there was one highly unusual element that showed up.
The fix was underway and I was told what was happening and why.
My car was now back on the road and working perfectly thanks to these folks.
Not all shops deal well with women but I couldn't have been happier.

As an older adult, customer service is very important to me. I have been flying RC airplanes for a few years. The Sport Cub has SAFE and is a great plane to learn on. I decided to try something more challenging. I found the new transmitter very confusing. Well Hobby Hobby walked me through the controls, and now I'm ready to fly. They were very helpful and patiently answered my questions. Their service is the best in Mississauga, and I'm a customer forever.
