Customer service on both the sales and service side were beyond expectations. The staff were knowledgeable and prompt with answers to the questions I had on purchasing a new vehicle and the service required. Contacted this garage in a total panic late on a Saturday afternoon about a problem I was having with rims/tires. The car had been at another garage all morning. They were sympathetic and told me to bring my vehicle by as soon as I could. They totally fixed the problem in just a few hours and at a reasonable price. AMAZING!! I can't say enough good things about this place. I was having some serious issues trying to find the right wheel and tire for my camper van. Allan didn't stop until we got it right. Even after an exchange they got the correct wheels and tires for me. All super friendly staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND these guys. They will take all the hassle out of shopping for tires and teach you a thing or two. I'm so happy with my experience here and will be returning for tims for my daily driver. Thanks so much guys

Cars101 is such a fabulous place. I received great hospitality. As soon as I entered Cars101, I was greeted by Shaylene and Ryan. They both offered me tea, coffee, or water and asked how I was. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident.
