I called SOS Appliance Repair Toronto last Tuesday and They put me on their schedule for the following day at 11AM Their (employee/coworker) called me later that same night (Tuesday) and asked if I had availability for him to come earlier on Wednesday. Technician showed up, walked me through how to disassemble my dryer, check for lint built up, how to do routine maintenance, and he had the part to fix my dryer on hand!

Thank you to Toronto Appliances Service for their extremely professional and prompt services. My refrigerator suddenly stopped operating, and I called Toronto Appliances Service asking for a repair consultation. Not only was my request last minute, it was also during the Easter long weekend and in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic. We have been dealing with Faulkner's for over 40 years and just recently purchased a new fridge and hood fan. Service was excellent as always and price competitive. I had a problem with my freezer at 10 at night, called up several companies, but none of them were available to come and repair my fridge. Then i found this company called Mr. Home Appliance, and decided to give it a try. I was extremely happy when the guy, Andrew i believe his name was, said he could come over and take a look. He stuck to his word, and was at my front door in less than 30 mins. After analyzing the problem, he gave me details on what it was, what needed to be fixed, and how much it would cost right away. The gentleman was very patient and polite to me all the way. I had my compressor fixed, and within less than an hour, the freezer was running as before. Honestly, this company is a lifesaver for me, and i wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone having trouble with their appliances. Without Andrew, all my food would have been gone to waste. I really appreciated the way Mr Home Appliance does business, and from now on they will definitely be the first company i will call whenever facing any sort of trouble with my freezer or any other appliances, as Andrew told me they also install and fix Air Conditioning, Washer machines, Dishwashers, and other appliances, Thank You once more Mr Home Appliance!

The staff are very knowledgeable about their stock and have good communication skills with one another, and they will usually recognize me, by face only, because there are not too many visits. Quick service and friendly guys as well. A store you can visit and not be intimidated. A Guys store.

I had a short opportunity to work with them delivering appliances and because of some physical limitations was unable to stay on. I can say this.
