Amazing, knowledgeable staff! Cute, friendly and discreet environment. Duncan really needed a store like this for women/couples to feel comfortable exploring and to have fun while doing so! Highly recommend to anyone to check out, totally worth it and there's much more then expected! Not just a sex shop :) 5/5

We saw this company at the Cowichan Home Show and they came by to give us a quote. The salesman spent a good 2-3 hours awnsweing all of our questions about switching from baseboard to ductless. We had a few other quotes but this company was by far the most knowledgable and preofessional. We ended up going with 2 units in our home and they are working fantastic. The installers were great to deal with. We are excited for air conditioning and to hopefully save some money on our hydro bill next year
