I had a very satisfactory experience with Bruce at the floral department on Thursday, Apr 9. I ordered an item from floral and the employee was more than helpful. Not only was I well informed, but the order was delivered almost immediately. I am from outside town and such great service doesnt happen every day. I felt it should not go unnoticed. ABSOLUTELY OUTSTANDING SERVICE ! Here it is, Christmas day! No heat.. no hot water.. and not sure what to do. . Called around and Ron Martin's heating was the only one to take a call !
