We have lived in Newmarket for over 25 years (in the same house as well) S R. Gillis has installed and serviced our air conditioning and furnace when we need anything to be done. Our furnace was over 30 years old and finally had to be replaced. Stan and his employees were so helpful during this time. The temperature was -17c and Stan was quick to drop off some extra heaters to help us through the cold couple of days while they were working to get everything up and running even with the limited working space in our 1886 cellar! I will definitely be spreading the word about how efficient this company is for any of there services!

I couldn’t be more happy with the customer service and the above and beyond commitment that cobra has for it customers. I bought a new Traeger Ironwood 650 and after the first use had the paint pealed. After telling the staff at cobra what had happened, they immediately followed up with Traeger, and called me back the same day to assure me that I could pick up a new grill without issue. Thank you again for the great service and prompt response to my issues. Highly recommend them!!!

Great service began on entering showroom. Christine was courteous and knowledgeable. The follow up was scheduled promptly and Joe and Jonathan arrived on time to measure and prepare estimate. It was a pleasure to interact with this “team”. They were friendly and so easy to talk to. We had every confidence that they would do a good job. They did not disappoint. Great experience from beginning to end. Tom, whom i met in the show room, attended on site several times prior to recommending appropriate fireplace choices and meticulously measured and remeasured to ensure an optimal outcome. Patient, informed and friendly he was a pleasure to deal with.
The crew, Joe and Jesse, who installed the fireplace unit, which was a challenging installation, were superb craftsmen who demonstrated a deep devotion to their craft and did a wonderful job!
